Who we are

Kaikaku Consulting was founded with a clear purpose: to elevate operational excellence capability across organisations by integrating Lean Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Kaikaku, Kakushen, and 2‑Second Lean into a unified, practical, and deeply transformational learning system. Our training programs are built on the CSSC Body of Knowledge and enhanced through our proprietary Kaikaku Integrated Excellence Framework (KIEF), which provides learners with a structured, holistic approach to continuous improvement and enterprise transformation.
Our curriculum spans White Belt through Master Black Belt, with clearly defined contact hours, rigorous assessment standards, and real‑world project requirements. Each certification level includes:
  • Comprehensive theoretical instruction
  • Practical application through case studies and exercises
  • Access to statistical tools (Excel add‑ins and JASP)
  • Instructor‑led coaching and project mentoring
  • Structured evaluation and academic integrity safeguards
As the lead instructor and evaluator, I bring over 18 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, TPM/WCM, and transformation leadership across multinational environments. My background includes a BSc in Chemical Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, and extensive experience designing and delivering capability‑building programs for diverse industries.
Kaikaku Consulting is committed to maintaining the highest standards of instructional quality, ethical conduct, and learner support.
